The first webinar in the series (2 July 2020), ‘Climate Change, Environmental Security, and Political Risks’, organised by the Centre for Climate Studies (CCS), Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), in partnership with Political Risk & Intelligence Services Management (PRISM), COVINTS. In an engaging and interactive session, Dr. Sujatha Byravan and Dr. Sudhir Chella Rajan will share their insights on the topic, “A Time for Planetary Solidarity: Learning Lessons and the Need for Fundamental Change”. Science Diplomacy and Environmental Peacebuilding: Oceans Governance and Dispute Management

*Sunitha Anup, Carla Elliff and Dhanasree Jayaram In the third and final webinar of the three-part webinar series concerning science diplomacy and environmental peacebuilding, the focus was on oceans governance.Our planet is mostly covered by water and while we have tried to divide this territory geopolitically, our ocean resources do not recognize borders. This means that to sustainably exploit our marine environment, we need strong and integrated management. The session was joined by Dr. Leandra R.
